1. Author Conference Registration includes: Presentation and publication of up to 2 manuscript/s, Conference Attendance, Copy of Proceedings, All Tea/Coffee, Lunches on 23-25th of July, Attendance to all Tutorials and Workshops, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
2. Non Author Conference Registration includes: Conference Attendance, Copy of Proceedings, All Tea/Coffee, Lunches on 23-25th of July, Attendance to all Tutorials and Workshops, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
3. One Day Only Registration includes: Conference Attendance on the selected day, Copy of Proceedings, All Tea/Coffee and Lunch on the selected day, Attendance to all Tutorials and Workshops on the selected day.
4. Spouse/Companion Registration includes: Attendance of conference sessions, All Tea/Coffee, Lunches on 23-25th of July, Welcome Reception and Gala dinner.

Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by INDIN2019 secretariat before 10.6. 2019. The cancellation fee is 100 EUR. Cancellations after 10.6.2019, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

All Inquiries and requests about invoices and possible refunds must be sent to the INDIN Secretariat no later no August 15th 2019.

1. Does each paper need a full registration or can I register several papers with one registration?

   Each full registration covers up to 2 papers of the same author.




2. I am a student. Can I register my paper at discounted registration rate?

   No. Per Conference policy, for an accepted paper to be included in Conference, it must be accompanied by a full registration. Discounted registrations can be used for attendance, but not for including of a paper in the conference.




3. If a student accompanies one professor that has a full registration, will the student receive an invitation letter for visa purposes?

   No. The student needs to register in order to receive a letter. Every registration is accompanied with VAL (Visa Assistance Letter).




4. I have registered for the conference using the link provided, but have not received a confirmation email

   After you have finalized your registration, you should receive an email (wihtin 15 minutes) confirming that your registration has been received. If you do not receive this automatic e-mail message, please contact INDIN 2019 at: (please include any information that will help with the request, such as Name, Email and if possible payment proof, Ex: bank confirmation).




5. I have registered for the conference, but have not received a Visa Assistance Letter.

6. I have not received a Visa Assistance Letter but would like to use it for my co-author or student.

   No. VAL (Visa Assistance Letter) is not transferable as it is tied to a specific registration confirmation number. If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact INDIN 2019 at:




7. I have received a Visa Assistance Letter. Can you add my co-authors names to it?

   No. VAL (Visa Assistance Letter) is tied to a specific registration confirmation number and is issued only to a person that has registered for the conference
