Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by INDIN2019 secretariat before 10.6. 2019. The cancellation fee is 100 EUR. Cancellations after 10.6.2019, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Does each paper need a full registration or can I register several papers with one registration?
Each full registration covers up to 2 papers of the same author.
I am a student. Can I register my paper at discounted registration rate?
No. Per Conference policy, for an accepted paper to be included in Conference, it must be accompanied by a full registration. Discounted registrations can be used for attendance, but not for including of a paper in the conference.
If a student accompanies one professor that has a full registration, will the student receive an invitation letter for visa purposes?
No. The student needs to register in order to receive a letter. Every registration is accompanied with VAL (Visa Assistance Letter).
I have registered for the conference using the link provided, but have not received a confirmation email
After you have finalized your registration, you should receive an email (wihtin 15 minutes) confirming that your registration has been received.
